Class Evaluation

Class Evaluation
  1. What I like about this class is the life planning goal journal because it makes us think about our lives and make us become wise of our choices.
  2. What i do not like about the class that it makes me wanna sleep because how quiet it gets.
  3. I recommend to come to this class willing to learn anything for your own benefit educationally and personally
  4. I do not read it daily but i do read it time to time, reason why i do not read it daily because i want my goals to be know by heart.
  5. I was always a CTR person before i came to this class! and yes I will always be a CTR person.
  6. One thing that I've learn that i can share is that never be afraid or have fear because fear is our worse enemy, fear ages you, fear kills hope, fear kills dreams, fear can put people in the hospital, but most important fear can prevent you from  doing things that you know within yourself, you can accomplish.
  7. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER TO BE A CTR PERSON

Self discipline means self control, which is a sign of inner strength and control of yourself, your actions, and your reactions. Self discipline gives you the power to stick to your decisions and follow them through, without changing your mind, and is therefore, one of the important requirements for achieving goals. Self discipline will help you achieve big goals. Discipline will make you control the strongest urges that most of the time you can not control.

Self image is another important part of how you feel about yourself. Low self esteem means that you will have a poor image of yourself and this will result in a loss of confidence. Never underestimate self esteem because it can change your thoughts and feelings It changes how you feel about and value yourself. It affects your confidence, and that can affect your success and thinking in a big way. Your potential to achieve what you most desire is directly related to your self esteem. In other words, self-esteem serves a motivational function by making it more or less likely that people will take care of themselves and explore their full potential.
